Soto Solar España, S.L. has developed and implemented a Programa de Prevención de Delitos Corporativos – Criminal Compliance Programme (PI-CP) with the purpose of implement with the intention of establishing appropriate policies and protocols to comply with current criminal legislation and promote a culture of ethics and compliance with the law within the organization.
As a result of the implementation of the Programa de Prevención de Delitos Corporativos – Criminal Compliance Programme, Soto Solar has approved a Code of Ethics that sets out the corporate values and behaviour models of the company in the development of its activity, which must govern and guide the professional behaviour of all its members.
Soto Solar’s Code of Ethics has been drawn up taking into account international business recommendations for good corporate governance, the principles of corporate social responsibility accepted by the organisation and Spanish criminal legislation relating to the criminal liability or the legal entities.
